What is IoT technology?
IoT or the internet of things is a system of interrelated mechanical and digital machines, computing devices, animals or people, objects, etc. that are provided with UIDs (unique identifiers) and the ability to transfer data over a network without the involvement of any human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.
An IoT thing can be referred to a person showcasing a heart monitor implant, an automobile with built-in sensors to alert the driver when engine oil is low, or any other natural or man-made object that can be assigned an IP address and is able to transfer data over a network.
Organizations today are using the internet of things in a variety of industries to operate efficiently and understand customers so they can deliver an improved customer service, improve their decision-making system, and increase their business value.
