The CTO of Vodafone Idea had an interview with ETCIO, during the session Vishant Vora said that they are going to move all of their significant interactions and processes to enable the businesses & individual to a digital tomorrow. Vora also said that the company believes in providing a cutting edge digital platform for helping the retailers, end-customers, and distributors to get through better management of relationships and accounts.
In addition, Vora also said that the company has brought forward a new type of verification called digital verification. The audit is responsible for verifying the credentials of the customers. On the other hand, the digital interface meant for the enterprise customers will dynamically change the provision of demand services.
Vodafone Idea also said that they are currently leading the market of the Internet of Things connections with 5 million across, including Banking, Automotive, Healthcare start-ups, among others. Vodafone Idea has become the first and the only operator in India to offer thoroughly curated Internet of Things platform across India. The company also said that the Internet of Things connectivity also provides numerous unique ownership to the users.
VIL is trying to curate the 4G+ network by utilizing the 5G architecture in the company existing 4G network of the company. VIL also claims that the company has the massive deployment of the edge clouds across India.
