Okdo: A startup will provide the support of all things including IoT

by | Apr 15, 2019 | IoT Companies

A startup is making promises to deliver end-to-end support not just to the Internet of Things but also a single board computing also known as SBC. The startup came into being in early April 2019. The company which provided cutting edge Allied Electronic and Automation and RS Components is behind the new venture.

The RS component is based in the United Kingdom, and it distributed electrical, electronic as well as industrial components to the local markets. On the other hand, Allied Electronics and Automation is a renowned distributor of the electronic components along with the electromechanical products. By the looks of it, the company, Allied Electronics, and Automation is based in the US.

These companies are currently owned by a distributor of electronics and industrial products, Electrocomponents plc. Electrocomponents plc is based in Britain. The Electrocomponents plc released a statement to the media on 4th of April 2019 which said that their new company which is based in the heart of London is going to provide a combination of software, hardware and development supports. Electrocomponents plc also said that it would manufacture its services in both the Internet of Things sector as well as SBC.

As of now, the website of the new company is currently live in seven different countries such as France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Netherlands as well as Japan. The Global SVO of OKdo, Claire Doyle said that the Internet of Things, as well as the SBC, are currently the most demanding yet troublesome markets which demand original, new and cutting edge imagination along with a sufficient level of technical expertise.

The Global Market Insights suggests that SBC is going to exceed $1 billion by the end of 2025. The adoption of the cutting edge semiconductors will increase the market value of SCB. And the adoption of IoT is skyrocketing like there is no tomorrow.
